Registration Instructions

Students need to login to ASAP before registration. ASAP is the Automated
Student Access Program used by the university to help aid students. You will use this online service many times throughout
your time here at UTSA to check financial aid information, adding classes or checking your schedule.
- The first step is to first go to ASAP
and login with your user ID and pin provided
to you
- If you have trouble logging into the system, please refer to this page
- Immediately after you login, you will be redirected to the main menu page
- Find the link that says:
"ROADRUNNER DAYS - New freshmen, sign up here for the kick-off to the Fall semester."
...and click that link to follow it to the registration page
- From there, follow the instructions provided on that site to complete your registration
