COUNCIL OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

New registration

  • Steps for creating a new student organization at UTSA
    • First attend one of the following new student organization meetings:
      • November 1st, 2017: 1:00pm – 2:30pm, HEB UC Travis
      • February 6th, 2018: 12:00PM – 1:30pm HEB UC Harris
      • April 3rd, 2018: 12:00pm – 1:30pm HEB UC Harris
    • Have AT LEAST FIVE UTSA students who are willing to join
    • Find a UTSA faculty/staff advisor (must be a UTSA employee)
    • Create a constitution (guidelines and an example can be found under the 'Resources' tab)
    • Attend State Mandated Risk Management EVERY YEAR
    • Complete registration on Rowdylink

Re-registration

  • Complete re-registration process on Rowdylink
    • Update contact information for new officers and primary contact
    • Upload new advisor form (must be completed every year)
    • Make any changes to your constitution
  • 2017-2018 Deadlines:
    • Re- registration on Rowdylink: April 9th, 2018 - September 6, 2018
