1, 2011 Orientation (7:00pm / UC III Ballroom 1): You will
be given an overview of Formal Recruitment and meet sorority members.
- September
2, 2011 Round One Open House (6:00 pm / Business Building Liu Auditorium): On the first day
of Formal Recruitment, you will visit every participating sorority.
- September
3, 2011 Football Game Day(10:00 am / 1604 Bus pick up): This is a great opportunty to attend the first football game with all your new friends you have met participation in Panhellenic Formal Recruitment. We will ride the 1604 main campus buses to the game, sit together, and return to campus when the game is over.

4, 2011 Round Two Philanthropy Day (12:00 pm / BB Liu Auditorium): On this day you
will get an opportunity to see each of the chapters philanthropy &
what they do to raise money or donate time to their individual causes.
- September
5, 2011 Preference Night (3:00 pm / BB Liu Auditorium): On the last day, you will
see a very solemn side of the chapters. This is the last chance for
you to see the chapters before deciding where you feel the most comfortable.
- September
6, 2011 Bid Day Celebrations(4:00 pm / UC III Ballroom I): Chapters will extend
invitations to join. This is a day of great celebration. Note: Most
potential new members are matched to their first or second choice sororities;
however, there is no guarantee that all participants will receive bids
because sorority membership is by invitation.
