Sorority life starts with Formal Recruitment. Participating in Recruitment does not obligate anyone to join a sorority, but it provides an opportunity for all women interested in Greek life to get acquainted with sorority members and to learn the benefits of sisterhood and sorority membership. Formal Recruitment is a mutual selection process; where potential members are choosing a chapter to which to belong and chapters are choosing members whom to invite to join.
