(Most chapters require a higher GPAs) and must be enrolled in at least 12 hours of college credit at UTSA.

September 13th - Orientation at 2:00 PM (Retama); Chapters set up 1:00 PM (Various Locations)
September 16th - Recruitment BBQ at 6:00 PM (UC Paseo)
September 18th - Last Chance IFC Orientation 4:00 PM (Retama) Chapters set up 3:00 PM (Various Locations)
September 20st - Bid List Due 9:00 AM (Student Activities)
September 20st - Bid Pick Up 2:00-3:00 PM (Ballroom I)
September 20st - STEPS 3:00 PM (UC Lawn)

Cost: $30 when you pick up for invitation to become member, $15 when you pick for invitation to become a member if you attend one of the two IFC Orientations.

PHC Sorority Recruitment Calendar
The final deadline to register is September 7th, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.
Formal Recruitment: September 10th-14th

September 10th, 2009 Orientation (7:00pm / UC III Ballroom 1): You will be given an overview of Formal Recruitment and meet sorority members.
September 11th, 2009 Round One (Open House): On the first day of Formal Recruitment, you will visit every participating sorority.
September 12th, 2009 Round Two (Philanthropy): On this day you will get an opportunity to see each of the chapters philanthropy & what they do to raise money or donate time to their individual causes.
September 13th, 2009 Preference Event: On the last day, you will see a very solemn side of the chapters. This is the last chance for you to see the chapters before deciding where you feel the most comfortable.
September 14th, 2009 Bid Day Celebrations: Chapters will extend invitations to join. This is a day of great celebration. Note: Most potential new members are matched to their first or second choice sororities; however, there is no guarantee that all participants will receive bids because sorority membership is by invitation.
