  To confirm that an object is recyclable ask yourself these questions:

Not Recyclable
1) Did I tear it open to get the contents?
( I.E.: Candybar wrappers and potato chip bags. )
2) Did I get it from a fast food restaurant?
( I.E.: Plastic container from any fast food. )

Recyclable
1) Does it have the recyclable logo?
( Note: Usually listed near UPC. )
2) Does it have a price redeemable listed for recycling purposes?
( Note: Even if listed state is not Texas )
