Strategic Plan Midpoint Update (Fall 2022)

In February 2018, co-chairs M. Mauli Agrawal, (former) Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Kathy Funk-Baxter (former) Vice President for Business Affairs, submitted a final report on behalf of the Weighted Student Credit Hour (WSCH) Optimization. The report recommends strategies to maximize resources from formula funding for student success initiatives and related infrastructure development that have been used by UTSA’s leaders.
