Congratulations to Kelsey Bratcher on her promotion to Associate Director of Student Activities for Risk Education and Programming. Kelsey will be responsible for the supervision of staff and student programming. She will also take a lead in the marketing efforts of the department and will help launch the new co-curricular transcript among other projects as part of this increase in responsibility. A HUGE Thank You to all of those who helped with Party on the Paseo 2011.

It was a great success and could not have happened without your support.

From serving on the planning committee, making reservations, handing out medals, posting the event poster, changing your profile photo, having a booth at the event and/or even attending the event, you made it possible for Roadrunners to Fiesta Sober! We also had over 50 student volunteers throughout the event who helped in various capacities.

This event illustrated the UTSA Family and Community. I am so proud to be a member of the Roadrunner family.
Thank you so much to all!

Save the Date for Party on the Paseo 2012: Thursday, April 26.

VIVA Fiesta! VIVA UTSA!

Kudos to Braulio Contreras, Enrollment Services Officer II for suggesting that Student Financial Aid and Enrollment Services staff use Banner to keep track of customer contacts instead of writing down ID numbers to use as a database for our bi-monthly customer surveys. Kudos to Alfredo Moncada, Assistant Director of SFAES, for incorporating technology to implement this idea. Sincerely,

Michele Rench

Hi Charlin,

I just wanted to thank you for your hard work on Saturday. I didn't realize, until right before the ODK ceremony, that you had been on campus all day preparing for the induction ceremonies for so many different organizations! Both the Alpha Chi and Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society (ODK) ceremonies were absolutely wonderful and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all that you do for these organizations.

I hope you had a restful weekend! You deserve it!

Thank you again,
Jennifer Wellberg

Thank You Rowdy

...is presently visiting with Patricia Patnode

To:   Patricia Patnode - Administrative Associate II, Admissions
From:  Mari Mandujano - Assistant Director of Admissions Downtown Campus

Patricia,

It is with great pleasure that I pass along Thank You Rowdy to Trish Patnode. In Admissions we are always traveling and putting together events, both large & small. However, we could not do this without the invaluable support behind the scenes. Much of this support has come from Trish. There have been times that I have had to do a last minute shopping trip for an event, consult on purchases/contracts for events, get travel done or reimbursements submitted and in the midst of what feels like a whirlwind at times, Trish has always been so helpful and gone beyond the call of duty--even if it means picking up blue and orange feathers needed for one of my many creative projects after work on her way home.

Trish, thank you for all of your support & assistance!

Sincerely,
Mari Mandujano
