Becoming a Terry Scholar

Please note that it is too late to apply for fall of 2009.
However, it is not too late to apply for fall of 2010.

To be considered for a UTSA Terry Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

demonstrate a record of leadership and service
have strong academic abilities, as evidenced by grades and standardized test scores
have financial need
be attending a Texas high school during the 2009-2010 academic year or be a home-schooled Texas resident
be a citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.
apply for admission to UTSA by February 1, 2010
apply for financial aid, using the FAFSA, by March 1, 2010
be unmarried and not have children
apply for on-campus housing by March 15, 2010
