Daniel Hunt, associate professor of art at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan., created the works in the exhibit using images of animals in bizarre and unpredictable situations.
Pictured is Hunt's sculpture, "Habitat."
His ideas and imagery stem from his outdoor activities, observations of human interaction, life cycles and forces in nature, and machines. Hunt constructs his pieces from cast and fabricated metals, wood, rubber and fabric.
