Students are needed to participate on planning committees and to volunteer at the event. They will work with CoS Advising Center and HPO staff on committees including budget and fund-raising, publicity, decorations, food, volunteers, facilities, parking, evaluation and representatives. The committees will meet regularly during the fall and spring semesters.
Committee participation is an opportunity for all UTSA students to gain leadership experience. Volunteers have the option of assisting with tasks before or during the fair.
The deadline to submit applications for committee membership is Sept. 12. Volunteers will be accepted throughout the semester.
