President Ricardo Romo greets UTSA community at holiday reception
(Dec. 10, 2003)--UTSA President Ricardo Romo and his wife, Associate Professor Harriett Romo, hosted a holiday reception for faculty, staff and student leaders Monday afternoon in the John Peace Library Building Regents' Room on the 1604 Campus.
