UTSA AFROTC cadets visit veterans hospital
(March 30, 2004)--Cadets from UTSA Air Force ROTC Detachment 842 recently spent a day visiting veterans at the V.A. Hospital in San Antonio.

RSS FeedsRanging from freshmen to seniors, the cadets took cards, roses and sugar-free cookies and candy to nearly 100 attending patients, who in turn exchanged smiles and stories and talked about their active-duty experiences.
The cadets of Det 842 were glad to have brightened the days of the veterans and look forward to making a return visit soon.
