PREP seeks assistant mentors and instructors
(March 12, 2004)--The UTSA Prefreshman Engineering Program (PREP) is seeking program assistant mentors and instructors to assist with the eight-week summer academic program scheduled for June 7 to July 29.
Prospective candidates should have an educational or work-related background in engineering, science or mathematics. College students pursuing degrees in those particular fields may also apply.

PREP identifies achieving middle and high school students with the interest and potential for careers in science, engineering and technology, and other mathematics-related areas and reinforces them in the pursuit of these fields.
The academic program for students in grades six through 11 provides up to one elective credit toward high school graduation for each successfully completed summer of PREP.
