

UTSA and Wells Fargo welcome new Mexican diplomat with reception, art exhibition
(June 15, 2004)--The University of Texas at San Antonio and Wells Fargo recently welcomed Ambassador Martha Lara, consul general of Mexico, with a reception and art exhibition at the UTSA Downtown Campus.
Community organization members and friends of the ambassador came to greet her and wish her well in her new position in San Antonio.

The exhibition featured artwork by Mexican artists Yvonne Domenge and David Correa Munoz.

Lara came to office Feb. 6 in San Antonio. Her diplomatic experience includes posts in Los Angeles, Laredo, Houston, El Paso, Seattle and Miami.
