

Satellite Space exhibits 'Ten Years of Painting'
(July 12, 2004)--The UTSA Satellite Space presents the painting exhibit, "Ten Years of Painting: MFA Alumni," through July 18.
Selected by professors Frances Colpitt and Connie Lowe, the exhibition includes new paintings by former graduate students who received the UTSA master of fine arts degree in painting during the last ten years.

The largest area in the MFA program, painting has produced successful, professional alumni who live and work throughout the United States and beyond.
A partial list of artists selected to participate in the exhibition includes Todd Brandt, Fargo, N.D.; Augusto di Stefano, San Antonio; Joan Fabian, San Antonio; Lawrence Jennings, San Antonio; Felice Koenig, Ashland, Ore.; Mara Korkola, Toronto, Canada; Janet Krueger, Laredo, Texas; Jill Pankey, San Marcos, Texas; Hills Snyder, San Antonio; Kim Squaglia, Forestdale, Mass.; Samantha Talbot-Kelly, Montpelier, Vt. and Tom Walsh, Houston.
The UTSA Satellite Space is located at 115 Blue Star in the Blue Star Arts Complex at South Alamo and Probandt streets. Gallery hours are noon to 6 p.m., Friday-Sunday, or by appointment.
