
Student parking permits now ordered online
(July 22, 2004)--Following is the procedure for ordering a UTSA student parking permit. The permits now must be ordered online.
- Students utilizing UTSA parking lots must purchase a parking permit and display it by Sept. 10 to avoid being ticketed.
- Parking permits must be ordered online through ASAP, although payment can be made online by credit card or in person at Fiscal Services (Multidisciplinary Studies or John Peace Library buildings at the 1604 Campus or Durango Building at the Downtown Campus).
- Mass notification system to be tested Sept. 5-6
- UTSA hosts Sept. 5 showing of Diego Rivera documentary
- Memorial service for Judith Gardner is Sept. 5
- UTSA $3.1 million library renovation begins soon

At this site, scroll to "Parking Permit Information," then scroll to the ASAP link. - When ordering, if the "Pay in Person at Fiscal Services" option is chosen, you must print a receipt to take to Fiscal Services.
- Permits ordered by July 31 will be mailed.
- Permits ordered after July 31:
If paid online, pick up at the Parking Desk (MS 1.02.38, 1604 Campus)
If paid in person, pick up at any Fiscal Services office (MS, JPL, or Durango buildings)

For parking in these lots:
1604 Campus -- lots 1B, 1, 2, 6 and 7
Downtown Campus -- Durango Loop lot, Cattleman Square lot
Permit B -- $66
For parking in these lots:
1604 Campus -- lots 1A, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13
Downtown Campus -- Durango Loop lot, Cattleman Square lot or under I-35
