UTSA community invited to Fall Convocation 2004 ceremony Aug. 24
(Aug. 23, 2004)--UTSA students, faculty and staff are invited to the Fall Convocation 2004 from 1-2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 24 in the Convocation Center at the 1604 Campus. An ice cream social follows the ceremony on the Convocation Center east lawn.

Faculty and staff marching in the processional will meet at 12:40 p.m. in the Convocation Center north foyer line up by colleges and departments and robe in academic regalia. Academic regalia is not required to march in the processional. A lunch for processional participants is from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Those attending the event are encouraged to wear their UTSA orange-and-blue.
College orientations are set for 10-11:45 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 24, 10:00-11:45 a.m. Orientation sessions for the School of Architecture and the College of Public Policy are at the Downtown Campus. Orientations for all other colleges are at the 1604 Campus.
Free shuttle buses are available between the Downtown and 1604 campuses for UTSA students, faculty and staff.
