UTSA Honors College hosts Italy trip May 31-July 30
(Oct. 27, 2004)--The UTSA Honors College hosts its second annual Italy program in summer sessions I and II, May 31-July 30, 2005. Applications for the program will be accepted through Nov. 17. Participation is open to all full-time UTSA students, not just those enrolled in the Honors College.
The program consists of a 10-week session including the cross-listed course ARC/HIST/HONS and ARC/HONS/CRS, which studies the history, culture and architecture of Italy.

The first half of the class is taught at UTSA, the second in Castiglion Fiorentino, Italy. Students will study in the International Study Center with trips to Venice, Florence and Rome.
To participate, students must be enrolled full-time during the Spring 2004 semester. The total cost is $3,800 and students are encouraged to apply for scholarships to cover costs. Participants are required to obtain passports, visas and international student IDs (all included in the program cost).
