This year's supply of flu vaccine is limited. It is important that people at highest risk for serious illness or death from the flu receive the flu vaccine.
If you can answer "yes" to any of the following questions, you are in a priority group and should receive the flu vaccine.
- Are you 65 years of age or older?
- Do you have an chronic medical condition?
- Do you care for someone who is immuno-suppressed?
- Are you pregnant? (Must have a note from your physician on letterhead stating you are their patient and doctor recommends you receive a flu vaccine.)
- Are you a health care worker involved in hands-on, face-to-face patient care?
- Do you live with or care for one or more children less than 5 months old?
