(Nov. 23, 2004)--UTSA College of Business Interim Dean Lynda de la Vina is a featured panelist at the town hall meeting, "American Jobs: A National Conversation," at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23 in the Buena Vista Theater at the UTSA Downtown Campus. A reception follows from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The panel on jobs and the economy is sponsored by the Washington, D.C.-based Council for Excellence in Government and the Goldman Sachs Global Markets Institute.
The town hall meeting includes discussion about the roles government and the private sector play in creating jobs in the community. KSAT-TV will broadcast the meeting live from 7-8 p.m. Free parking is available at the Cattleman Square lot.
The panel led by TV journalist Frank Sesno includes de la Vina, Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff; Henry Cisneros, American CityVista chairman and Roel Campos, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
