Institute of Texan Cultures presents 'Winter Wonderland'
(Dec. 6, 2004)--"Winter Wonderland" is back for a second year at UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures to delight visitors of all ages. Exhibits with the theme "Home for the Holidays" can be viewed through Jan. 16.
This year visitors can enjoy tin soldiers, intricately decorated dollhouses provided in part by My Doll House, Inc. and a model railroad with more than 120 feet of track sponsored by the San Antonio N-Trak Association.
ITC docents will be stationed at the displays to discuss the exhibit and to guide children as they play with a Holiday, Texas, train ticket game card. Visitors can also wander indoors through a forest of trees decorated in the styles and traditions of a variety of cultures.
