Health services sponsors Spring Health Fling
(March 8, 2005)--UTSA Student Health Services sponsors Spring Health Fling from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 9 at the Sombrilla Plaza on the 1604 Campus and Thursday, March 10 at the Downtown Campus Frio Street Building commons.

The events, free and open the UTSA community, include games and prizes -- and will provide information about healthier behaviors for students during spring break.
More than 25 vendors will participate in the 1604 Campus event, while the Downtown Campus will host approximately 35 vendors promoting various aspects of spring break safety.
At the 1604 Campus, Project SAVE will conduct free HIV tests and the UTSA student peer education organization, FACES, will provide free safer-sex kits. At the Downtown Campus, there will be free massages from MTM Body Works. Those donating blood to the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center will receive a T-shirt and a cholesterol test.
