Satellite Space hosts Duc Vuong Trong exhibit through April 3
(March 28, 2005)--The UTSA Department of Art and Art History presents the exhibit, "Duc Vuong Trong: New Works," through April 3 at the UTSA Satellite Space in the Blue Star Contemporary Art Center.

The multimedia show features large-scale woodcut prints, drawings, ceramics and a video by Vietnamese artist Duc Vuong Trong, who is presenting the exhibit as part of his M.F.A. degree program.
In his works, Trong uses a symbolic language in simple depictions of nature and figure relationships.
An opening reception, free and open to the public, is 6-9 p.m., Thursday, March 31 at the Satellite Space, 115 Blue Star, South Alamo and Probandt streets.
Gallery hours are noon to 6 p.m., Friday-Sunday, or by appointment.
