(Nov. 5, 2005)--UTSA Technology Support Services announces that a new version of the Cisco VPN client for Macintosh PCs is now available for download. This software now supports all versions of Mac OS X, including Tiger.

Virtual Private Network software creates a secure "tunnel" that allows home PC users to log on to the UTSA network with increased security.

VPN software is to be used by UTSA staff and faculty only -- access to the UTSA computer network is limited to users with a valid network user ID and password.
