UTSA community bundles up during cold spell

(Dec. 12, 2005)--Winter temperatures came early this year to UTSA and San Antonio with freezing temperatures locally and in the Hill Country.
Icy roads brought a late opening to the UTSA campuses on Thursday and some finals were shifted to Friday evening.
