Groups from local colleges and universities will march behind dignitaries and children's groups. The march runs approximately two hours, ending at a rally at Pittman-Sullivan Park, 1101 Iowa St. The rally begins at noon with a national recording artist, several musical numbers and a keynote speech by Rev.
