The event is open at no charge to the first 1,000 students presenting their UTSACard.
The late-night breakfast helps usher in the beginning of finals and gives UTSA faculty members a chance to mix and mingle with students as they prepare for finals the next day.
"It will be a fun time for all and a way to show support for our students," said Kim Ellicks-Center, associate director of housing and residence life.
The menu will include pancakes and syrup with toppings of cherry, peach and apple with whipped cream, sausage links, orange juice and coffee.
Faculty members who want to volunteer to assist with greeting the crowd and clearing tables should contact Kim Ellicks-Center at (210) 458-6204 by May 5.
