Bowling night Aug. 15 helps women's scholarships

(Aug. 8, 2006)--Teams from the UTSA Budget Office and the Office of the Registrar will host the third annual UTSA Bowling Night fundraiser at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15 at the University Bowl, Interstate 10 at DeZavala Road.

Open to the UTSA community and friends, the event will include a silent auction and door prizes.
Two games of bowling plus shoe rental are $15.
Profits from the event will benefit the Walk For Women's Athletics, Oct. 28, which supports scholarships for UTSA women athletes.
Participants can register in teams of six to eight or register individually and be placed on a team.
