Conducted each fall and spring semester, Grad Fest provides an opportunity for upcoming graduates to make all of their commencement purchases at one time.
At this semester's event, December graduates can speak with representatives from Career Services, the Graduate School and the Office of Graduation Coordination. Additionally, information will be available on auto, home and property insurance, student loan consolidation and test preparation courses.
At the event, students can order an official UTSA ring, graduation announcements, and cap and gown; register for Alumni Association membership and pose for a graduation picture (1604 Campus only). Students who purchase diploma frames in stock at the event save the shipping cost.
"The Alumni Association is proud to present such an opportunity to our graduating seniors," said Jane Burton, UTSA director of alumni programs. "This is a time of celebration and excitement, and we want our graduates to know we are here to help them take care of their needs at such a significant time in their lives."
