UTSA to host Dec. 5 late-night breakfast

By Tim Brownlee
Assistant Director of Public Affairs

(Nov. 29, 2006)--UTSA's traditional late-night breakfast for students continues this year as the Midnight Breakfast Taco Run from 10 p.m. to midnight, Tuesday, Dec. 5 in the Roadrunner Cafe at the 1604 Campus. The event is free to the first 1,000 students presenting their UTSACard.

The late-night breakfast helps usher in the beginning of finals and gives UTSA faculty and staff members a chance to mix and mingle with students as they prepare for finals the next day.

"It will be a fun time for all and a way to show support for our students," said Kim Ellicks-Center, associate director of housing and residence life.

The menu will include make-your-own breakfast tacos, toppings, muffins, orange juice and coffee.

Faculty and staff members who would like to volunteer to assist with greeting the crowd and clearing tables should contact Leslie Bulkley at (210) 458-4605 or Kim Ellicks-Center at (210) 458-6204 by Dec. 4.
