(Feb. 14, 2007)--The UTSA College of Business Tourism Management Program and Career Services recently hosted the first Tourism Industry Job Fair for students seeking full-time and part-time jobs and internships with San Antonio's hotels, theme parks and other tourism businesses.
Tourism is one of the top three industries worldwide and one of the largest industries in San Antonio. Locally, 96,000 people work in the tourism industry, which annually puts more than $9 billion into the local economy.
