UTSA Satellite Space exhibit open through April 22

M.F.A. students exhibit modern, postmodern art

(April 18, 2007)--The UTSA Department of Art and Art History hosts the annual M.F.A. student group exhibition, through April 22 at the UTSA Satellite Space in Blue Star Arts Complex Suite 115, S. Alamo and Probandt streets.

The exhibit, "Mo + PoMo (modern + postmodern)," is free and open to the public and can be viewed from noon to 6 p.m., Friday-Sunday, or by appointment.

The exhibition features the work of 21 artists in the UTSA master of fine arts degree program in fine art. The featured works illustrate the exciting range of interests and media being explored by UTSA graduate students, including photography, printmaking, sculpture, painting, and multimedia and installation projects.
