Recycle paper, boxes April 19 at 1604 Campus

(April 18, 2007)--UTSA community members can bring unwanted personal papers and documents for shredding from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, April 19 at the Central Receiving Warehouse, 1604 Campus.
DocuGuide will charge $5 per box of paper to be shredded (payable in cash only). Coordinated by the UTSA Department of Purchasing and Distribution Services, proceeds will be donated to the Battered Women's Shelter.

Boxes will be shredded on site (35 pounds or less, paper only, no metal objects). Shredding at the Downtown Campus will be available at a later date.
April is Records Retention Month -- a good time to visit the UTSA Records Retention Schedule Web site and determine if it is time to store your department records.
