Place orders now for Fall Convocation regalia

(Aug. 2, 2007)--UTSA faculty and staff can order academic regalia for Fall Convocation 2007 at the UTSA Bookstore through Wednesday, Aug. 8. The Fall Convocation is a ceremony held in late August each year in the Convocation Center that brings together the UTSA community to open the new academic year.

A $25 rush fee will be added to orders placed after Aug. 8 in order to guarantee on-time delivery.
Rental fees must be paid when ordering. The fee for a cap, gown and tassel ranges from $23.83 to $27.33. Also, you can rent only a cap ($6) or a gown ($21.25-$24.75). Tassels are $4.83.
Rented regalia must be returned by Friday, Aug. 24 at the UTSA Bookstore at the 1604 or Downtown campuses. At the 1604 Campus, bookstore hours are 7:45 am.-5 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 7:45 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday. Downtown Campus bookstore hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Friday.
