Rowdy Wing Fling is Thursday at 1604 Campus

(Aug. 28, 2007)--The third annual Rowdy Wing Fling is 5-8:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 30 at Chaparral Village, Chisholm Hall Activity Center and Roadrunner Café Plaza on the 1604 Campus.

Free and open to the UTSA community, there will be D.J. music and information tables at 5 p.m. with bands playing at 6 p.m.
The campuswide event is to raise awareness of alcohol misuse and abuse issues. Free buffalo wings and other snacks will be available.
Several campus and community agencies will be represented at the event and sharing information. There will be music by Black Market Revival from Corpus Christi and the group Blake and Fallon. Fallon was featured this summer a top-20 finalist on the NBC television show, "America's Got Talent."
