
Facilities work control opens one-stop shop

(Nov. 16, 2007)--The UTSA Office of Facilities Services announces the establishment of a one-stop shop for the facilities needs of the UTSA community. From any of the UTSA Tri-campuses, call (210) 458-4262 to request services from professional Work Control staff members.

Also, contact Work Control via the TMA-iService Desk Web site or e-mail workcontrol@utsa.edu to report maintenance concerns or place trouble calls to request services including housekeeping, infrastructure, building operations, maintenance and grounds support.
Requests for departmental services, including but not limited to event services, automobile and equipment maintenance, construction services, auxiliary enterprise and other special requests, require a departmental signature and must be submitted using a Facilities Work Request form.
The one-stop shop is designed to promote and deliver excellent customer services and provide a central point of contact for all facilities needs. Work Control is on the 1604 Campus in the Facilities Annex, West Campus. Operating hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. For after-hours needs, call Facilities Operations at (210) 458-5277.
