
Students move into the UTSA residence complex
Volunteers are needed for UTSA student move-in

(Aug. 1, 2008)--The UTSA Office of Housing and Residence Life needs faculty, staff and student volunteers to assist the newest Roadrunners in August as they move into their new homes on the 1604 Campus. As part of Roadrunner Days, the UTSA community is needed to lend a hand to help welcome new students to campus.

The move-in dates for the four housing complexes, Chaparral Village, Laurel Village, Chisholm Hall and University Oaks, are Aug. 22-24. Volunteers are needed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the three days to help students transport items from their vehicles to their rooms. A t-shirt and light refreshments will be provided to helpers.
To volunteer, download the registration form (Excel document), indicate the time slots for which you would like to help and return it to the Office of Housing and Residence Life by Wednesday, Aug. 13.
