
Farewell reception for Assistant Vice Provost Bill Angrove is April 1
(March 31, 2009)--After 15 years of service to the UTSA community, Bill Angrove, assistant vice provost for distance learning and academic technology, is leaving UTSA to assume duties as associate vice president for distance learning at Sam Houston State University.

>> A farewell reception, open to the UTSA community, is 2-4 p.m., Wednesday, April 1 in the University Center Harris Room (2.212) on the Main Campus.
Angrove's many contributions to UTSA include the development and expansion of distance learning vehicles and playing an instrumental role in establishing the Lynn Whipple Angrove Memorial Endowed Scholarship in the College of Business Department of Accounting.
At Sam Houston State University, he will supervise the creation of a distance learning system to support complete degree programs online.
