UTSA Women's Studies Institute hosts 'Take Back the Night' event

(Nov. 16, 2009)--The UTSA Women's Studies Institute will host "Take Back the Night" at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 17 at the University Center paseo. The event is part of an international initiative to take back the night and stop violence against women.

There will be a march, music, poetry, glow sticks and refreshments. The event is free and open to the public.
