UTSA police department hosts Dec. 7 promotion and recognition ceremony
(Dec. 1, 2009)--The UTSA Police Department will host a promotion and recognition ceremony at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 7 in the University Center Retama Auditorium (2.02.02) on the Main Campus. The event is free and open to the UTSA community.
Darwin Odom and Geoffrey Merritt will be promoted to sergeant and Eric Weber will be promoted to corporal. Robin Diamond will be recognized for her promotion to senior administrative associate I.
Additionally, the Golden Whistle Award will be presented to Kevin Bryan, David Shelton and Sarah Gonzalez, along with the UT System Life Saver Award presentation.

UTSA faculty, staff and students will have an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas before the Task Force moves into Phase II.
