Meet nutrition experts at UTSA Roadrunner Cafe on Main Campus

(Feb. 22, 2010)--As part of the "Eat Well, Live Well" campaign, ARAMARK Higher Education will host "Meet the Nutrition Experts," a series of health information booths at the Roadrunner Cafe. The series will be presented 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 24, March 31 and April 28.

Topics will include "Eating On the Go" (Feb. 24), "Foods to Prevent Cancer" (March 31) and "Shaping up for Summer" (April 28).

At the booth, trained dieticians from Christus Santa Rosa Hospital will be on hand to discuss nutrition, provide information about healthy eating and answer questions from the campus community. UTSA Students Health Services also will have staff available to inform faculty, staff and students about services and resources.
