UTSA hosts Late Night Breakfast April 27 at Roadrunner Cafe
(April 21, 2010)--UTSA will host the Late Night Breakfast from 10 p.m. to midnight, Tuesday, April 27 at the Roadrunner Cafe on the Main Campus. Students are invited to take a break from studying to enjoy a free, hot breakfast served by UTSA staff members and administrators. The menu will include pancakes, bacon and eggs.
The breakfast is a UTSA tradition that provides administrators the opportunity to show students their appreciation, support and encouragement during finals.
The breakfast tradition began in 2004 and has grown to be a huge success -- more than 1,300 students participate. The event is sponsored by the Office of Housing and Residence Life, Business Auxiliary Services and ARAMARK Dining Services.
