UTSA Libraries celebrate National Library Week April 11-17
(April 13, 2010)--Students, faculty and staff are invited to join the UTSA Libraries in celebrating National Library Week with two open houses:
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Wednesday, April 14, John Peace Library, Main Campus
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Thursday, April 15, Downtown Campus Library
At both events will be freshly popped popcorn and lots of giveaways. Passers-by can contribute to a graffiti wall on the glass entryways of both libraries, creating a community visual testament to the value of libraries and librarians as the guardians of our freedom to read.
Aramark dining services will join in the festivities at the John Peace Library with their JAM awards prize wheel and giveaways.
