(Aug. 5, 2010)--As of Aug. 2, tenured and tenure-track faculty can view their estimated salary and appointment information for the new fiscal year at the UT Direct website.

Historically, tenured and tenure-track faculty were provided a hard copy of their appointment letters; the system now has moved online, where individuals can view their document and print a copy for their records if they choose.

In order to log in to UT Direct, an EID and password are required. Faculty who have not activated an EID can make arrangements to do so by contacting DEFINE Services at 210-458-4346 or 210-458-4556. DEFINE Services also can help anyone who needs assistance with a password reset.

Faculty who have any questions after reviewing their information online should contact their department.
