UTSA Counseling Services offers weekly student support groups
(Nov. 11, 2010)--UTSA Counseling Services offers several support groups for UTSA students.
The groups are for students who would like to meet others with similar experiences who want to pursue growth in themselves, their attitudes and their behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.
The support groups, all conducted in Recreation and Wellness Center Room 1.810 on the Main Campus, include:
- Woman to Woman: Let's Talk, Thursdays, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
- Men's Group, Fridays, 1:45-3:15 p.m.
- Equality UTSA (GLBTQ support), Wednesdays, 3-4 p.m.
- YUM (You, Me, Us), Wednesdays, 2-3 p.m.
