UTSA departments: Contracts can be extended, established now
(May 23, 2012) ---Effective May 18, UTSA department staff members can begin the submission process to establish new contracts or extend current equipment maintenance, software licenses or maintenance, and other service contracts for fiscal year 2013 (2012-2013).
Multi-year contracts must be renewed annually. If departments have current multi-year service contracts, a new PB4 request must be created in sufficient time for the contract to be renewed and become effective Sept. 1, 2012. Submit these requests as early as possible to ensure sufficient time is allowed for required procurement or contracting processes.
For important year-end dates, deadlines and other information, visit the UTSA Purchasing website (""Announcements" section).
For more information or assistance in submitting year-end orders, contact your purchasing buyer or call the Purchasing Office at 210-458-4060.
