UTSA President Ricardo Romo presents State of the University address Sept. 24
(Sept. 23, 2013) -- UTSA President Ricardo Romo will deliver the annual State of the University address at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24 in the University Center Ballroom (1.104) on the UTSA Main Campus.
UTSA community members and friends are encouraged to attend the event.
In the address, Romo will discuss the greater purpose of the university's work and in particular the focus on students. Additionally, he will celebrate the university's successes and outline the next steps on the path to Tier One research status.
Romo will be introduced by Zack Dunn, president of the UTSA Student Government Association.
A reception will follow the address. Parking for community guests will be available in the Ximenes Avenue Garage (formerly South Garage), accessible from UTSA Boulevard.
