Completing your new timesheet: Refresher classes are available online

(May 14, 2014) -- The UTSA Office of HR Training and Development now offers four courses in an online format on Time and Absence Reporting. The classes are available during the UTShare/PeopleSoft interim implementation process through fall 2014.

Offerings include courses for exempt and non-exempt employees who complete a paper timesheet and for those who use SharePoint.

If you missed a classroom training or would benefit from this online learning as a refresher, then this course is for you.

>> To sign up for an online class, log on to the MyTraining website with your myUTSA ID (abc123).

The four online courses on the procedures for the interim process are:

  • IP 305.01 Time and Absence Reporting for Exempt Employees (paper)
  • IP 306.01 Time and Absence Reporting for Non-Exempt Employees (paper)
  • IP 307.01 Time and Absence Reporting for Exempt Employees (SharePoint)
  • IP 308.01 Time and Absence Reporting for Non-Exempt Employees (SharePoint)

To determine if you are an exempt or non-exempt employee, check your job title at the UTSA Human Resources website.
