UTSA Roadrunner Days: Pachanga on the Plaza is today at Downtown Campus
(Aug. 28, 2014) -- Students, faculty and staff are invited to Pachanga on the Plaza from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 28 at Bill Miller Plaza on the Downtown Campus. There will be free food, good music and giveaways while the supply lasts.
Pachanga is a Spanish word originating in Cuba and means dance party. ¡Vamos a la pachanga! Let’s go to the party! This event during UTSA Roadrunner Days is a great chance for students to connect with student organizations. Members will be on hand to answer questions and help new students get involved and make a difference during their four years at UTSA.
The official kick-off of the new academic year, UTSA Roadrunner Days continues through Aug. 29 at the Main and Downtown campuses. The events and activities give students an opportunity to take part in time-honored UTSA traditions and connect with UTSA resources.
